At Natcha, we strive to provide the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where you are not completely satisfied with your experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Service Refunds

Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a complimentary follow-up session if deemed appropriate.

No Refunds: Payments for services are generally non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
2. Product Refunds

Returns: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Proof of purchase is required.

Opened Products: Opened or used products are non-refundable unless they are defective.
3. Gift Certificates

Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for any service or product offered at our salon.

Transferable: Gift certificates are transferable and can be given to another person.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice may be charged the full service fee.
5. Special Circumstances

Medical Reasons: If you are unable to attend your appointment due to a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty.
